Application

The CPC8000-H Hydraulic Pressure Controller is used as a working standard for the automatic testing or calibration of all types of high pressure measuring instruments due to its high accuracy and control stability. Cyclical pressure-load tests are also ideal application areas because the Hydraulic Pressure Controller Is durable and reliable.

Other than the voltage supply, only clean, dry compressed air for the pneumatic control circuit is needed to operate the Hydraulic Pressure Controller. As a pressure medium on the output side, hydraulic oil or water (or other media on request) can be used.

Design

The CPC8000-H Hydraulic Pressure Controller consists of two components, the CPC8000-HC pressure controller and the CPC8000-HM hydraulic module with reference pressure sensors. The hydraulic module is available in two versions: a low pressure version with a pressure range of 75 ... 10,000 psi (5 ... 700 bar) and a high pressure version with a pressure range of 290 ... 23,000 psi (20 ... 1,600 bar), each with suitable reference pressure sensors.

The complete Hydraulic Pressure Controller system is available as a portable cart or built into a 19" rack. The sensors can be changed via the front of the hydraulic module without having to remove the controller from the cart or rack.

Functionality

The desired pressure value from the Hydraulic Pressure Controller is regulated quickly and easily through its specialized control regulator. The large touchscreen and the simple, intuituve menu navigation makes the Hydraulic Pressure Controller easy to use. In addition, a large number of menu languages increases international applications.

All necessary information, such as current measured value and set point, are found on a single screen. The measured values can also be displayed in other pressure units. The Hydraulic Pressure Controller can be remotely controlled via several serial interfaces. Additionally, a wide range of emulation command sets for other pressure controllers are available.
