This PS19Q sensor is a thermally stabilized, amplified thermopile power sensor intended for measuring low power lasers down into the 100 μW range, making it ideal for measuring laser diodes, HeNe and ion lasers, and other low power laser sources. It includes a quartz window to more effectively eliminate thermal background radiation. Note that the window limits the spectral range to 0.3 to 2.1 μm.

The sensor is terminated in a SmartSensor DB25 cable and is directly compatible with all power meters in the catalog. USB-direct (PN 1168343) and RS-232 direct (PN 1179504) models are available.

For a wider spectral range, the similar PS19 model (PN 1098413) does not include the quartz filter, enabling a spectral range of 0.19 to 11 μm. This model can also be used with fiber adapters.
